She leads strategic communication projects, particularly in tech companies, where clarity and trust are paramount. “We focus on solutions that are aligned with each brand’s purpose — helping them communicate authentically and impactfully,” she explains.
Beyond business, she’s also building something deeply personal: Zephyrus, an exclusive community dedicated to communication and personal growth. “We’re creating a space where people can enhance how they connect, both personally and professionally, at the same time they learn about communication in a deep way and backed with neuroscience” Gemma says. Slated for launch later this year, Zephyrus aims to elevate how individuals express and lead through communication.
Additionally, Gemma recently joined the Health Data Forum as the Manager of Sponsorships for Europe. This role allows her to foster partnerships and support critical conversations around health and data, an area she feels passionate about.
